As the former CEO of Black Flag Capital and Current VP at Presidential Title Group, Brock has a deep understanding of enterprise-level negotiation, CRM automation, and high-performance team leadership. His ability to build scalable sales infrastructures and foster executive partnerships has helped businesses achieve multi-million-dollar growth.

In addition to his executive roles, Brock has consulted for over 15 companies, helping them build and optimize sales processes, train and manage high-performing teams, and implement effective cold outreach campaigns. His hands-on experience in designing and executing sales strategies ensures that our clients receive tailored solutions that deliver measurable results.

With deep expertise in electronics, international sales, and manufacturing, Erik has successfully scaled companies from startups to multimillion-dollar enterprises. He has a proven ability to build successful teams, develop innovative business models, and establish strategic alliances that drive revenue growth. His experience spans industries such as medical devices, aerospace, telecommunications, and industrial manufacturing, where he has managed complex projects, negotiated high-value contracts, and optimized production processes.
